§ 01 Company snapshot Key facts

Who we are.

Neura Defense Systems is a software-first counter-UAS company. Our sensor-agnostic platform fuses data from commercial radar, electro-optical/infrared, RF, and acoustic sensors and uses AI to detect, classify, and prioritize small-drone threats — including fiber-tethered and autonomous FPVs that defeat RF-based detection — then cues the operator to act, with a human on the loop. We provide the detection-and-decision layer and integrate with the countermeasures operators already field.

§ 02 Mission Restore the exchange ratio
Adversaries built mass-produced drones because they could out-economy any defender. We're closing the gap. Make persistent counter-UAS defense affordable, autonomous, and operationally sustainable.

§ 03 Values Operating principles
01Operating principle

Mission-first.

Every design decision trades cost, latency, and survivability against the operational reality of the warfighter. If it doesn't matter in the field, it doesn't ship.

02Operating principle

AI at the edge.

Autonomy, not automation. The Sentinel decides on-node, in milliseconds, without a cloud round trip. Comms-denied environments are the threat model, not the exception.

Edge-firstNo cloud dep.
03Operating principle

Recurring economics.

Software licenses and support subscriptions compound across deployments. A model that scales with operational tempo instead of fighting against it.
